We drive 70km to north- west of Ho Chi Minh city to visit the incredible system of tunnel, an extremely complex tunnel system, the Cu Chi Ben Duoc network covers a wide area of countryside near to Ho Chi Minh city and was an excellent way for the Viet Cong to move undetected by American forces underground. This evocative day tour explores the struggle of everyday life during the Vietnam War from a local perspective and takes you deep underground to explore the tunnels.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\"\"<\/a><\/span>\r\n\r\nThe Cu Chi tour starts with an introductory video detailing its long 20-years construction. Then it is time to go underground to experience the Cu Chi tunnel system ( size 80cm x 120 cm)\u00a0 which offered a safe haven for soldiers and thousands of Vietnamese people during the Vietnam War.
