The tunnels of Cu Chi, which is located in Cu Chi province , is one of the historical sites of Vietnam, which went to the “Legend” of world’s wars. With 200 km length and thousand extraordinary stories about Cu Chi tunnels, many documents, books, movies and researchers from all over the world have come and learnt about this magnificent tunnels. During the exploration, our friendly and knowledgeable guide will lead you through weapon factories, shelters, kitchens, even hospitals, … UNDER THE TUNNELS. Joining this tour, you will have the opportunity to visit the land of Cu Chi heroes and catch a sight of how life was for those who fought for the peace of Vietnam and called this tunnels “home”. You can easy to find out the program schedule below. 7:30 AM We will pick you up at your accommodation. Then, we will have a straight drive to the tunnels where our guides will provide you with an in-depth history of the war, and the role that these tunnels played. OUR MENU:

#1. Bun Bo Hue: beef noodle soup, which is not a Pho, that dish you can find anywhere.

Broth Ingredients: lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, shrimp paste.

Other Ingredients: crab sausage, beef brisket, spring onions.

#2. Chuoi Nuong: Coconut milk grilled plantain, which is a bit sweet and salty, with coconut milk sauce.

Ingredients: Ripe bananas, sticky rice, coconut milk, tapioca, toasted sesame seeds.

#3. Banh Khot (savory crispy pancake with shrimp) served with a lot of herbs and salad and special dipping sauce.

Ingredients: Rice flour, egg, coconut milk, turmeric powder.

Fillings: Shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, mung beans.

Served with: Mustard greens, lettuce, Thai basil, purple mint, ambarella leaf, fish sauce.

#4. BBQ Beef wrapped in betel leaf.

Served with: Vermicelli, rice paper, green banana, star fruit, fish sauce with pineapple.

#5. Spring Roll: fresh rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce.

Ingredients: Rice paper, shrimp, pork, green salad.

#6. Grilled oyster with black pepper sauce.

#7. Banana or coconut cracker: The city’s most famous local snack made from egg whites whipped with sugar and sesame seeds, or ginger, or banana.

#8. Cold cane juice with kumquat, a kind of lemon. It is the most popular juice in Ho Chi Minh City.

#9. Saigon’s Signature Baguette (Bánh Mì): the best-known baguette in the world, with sausage, pâté, meat, pickled vegetables (and coriander). It’s Vietnam’s #1 street food.
