After a fun ride, our first stop takes you to a local eatery in District 3, where you’ll savor Bún Bò Huế — a rich, flavorful beef noodle soup that’s distinct from the more widely known Phở found across Vietnam. Bun Bo Hue: beef noodle soup, which is not a Pho, that dish you can find anywhere. Broth Ingredients: lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, shrimp paste. Other Ingredients: crab sausage, beef brisket, spring onions, onions. #2. Our second stop in District 10 offers Chuối Nướng — grilled plantain topped with creamy coconut milk sauce, blending sweet and savory flavors.
